After being in the mountains last week with one of my girlfriends, I got inspired by the beautiful, down-home style of alpine retreat homes.
There is something about cozying up to a warm fire, sipping on an apres-skiing cocktail and layering all the fur in your closet - that puts a big smile on my face. After coming back from Vail, I was provoked to post some shots of a chic yet rustic mountain dwelling. Not only is this home picturesque and charming, but it gives off a "come, sit, stay awhile" vibe and would make any guest visiting feel uber-relaxed.... My kinda place.
